First Quarter of 2021
Our Caregiver of the Quarter Program recognizes the outstanding qualities and contributions of a caregiver working towards Lares Home Care’s goals and overall mission.
This quarter we congratulate Augustina G. and Adwoa A., who have gone above and beyond in their efforts to provide care for our clients.

Adwoa
Since starting with our agency, Adwoa has been one of our most devoted and dedicated caregivers. Her clients have always been extremely satisfied with her care as she has always gone above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and safe. Adwoa always puts the clients’ needs and wants foremost and cares for them as if they were her family. In one instance, Adwoa was working with a client in the memory care unit – the client had aggressive behaviors and made it difficult for Adwoa to provide the care she needed. Without complaint, Adwoa stayed by her side patiently until the client moved to a long-term care facility. Two years later, the nurse manager of the memory care unit mentioned to our D.O.N, Nancy, about how a wonderful aide was taking care of a patient there a couple years ago, stating how phenomenal she was and how she provided such great care. Nancy mentioned our aide, Adwoa, being her possible name and the nurse manager excitedly agreed! Adwoa is a kind, compassionate, and a patient aide who understands the amount of support and empathy it takes to become a great CHHA. We are happy to recognize all of her hard work and dedication every step of the way. Congratulations on a job well done and thank you!
Augustina
Augustina has been a CHHA for over a decade and has been with our agency for over three years. Augustina is a sweet, caring, calm, and a conscientious aide who always forms strong bonds with clients. She understands the clients’ needs and always executes the plan of care to the best of her abilities. Augustina is always flexible with her schedule and communicates with our agency on a regular basis to keep us up to date with any changes. Every client she has provided care for has always asked to keep her longer or asked for more days of care, only with Augustina. She loves what she does which is what makes her exceptional in her field. We are grateful to have her as a part of the Lares Home Care team!
