Caregiver of the Quarter
Our Caregiver of the Quarter Program recognizes the outstanding qualities and contributions of a caregiver working towards the goals and overall mission of Lares Home Care.
This quarter we congratulate Edmund O. and Tracey P., who have gone above and beyond in their efforts to provide care for our clients.
Lares Home Care Congratulates:
Edmund O. :
Edmund has been a Home Health Aide for over 3 years and has been an incredible caregiver since the first day he was employed with us! Edmund is a compassionate, kind, and an extremely patient caregiver who has always gone above and beyond to care for his clients. He is known to always advocate for his clients. Whether going to the hospital or physical therapy when needed, Edmund has always treated his clients like his own family. In one instance, a client stated, “Dad would have nightmares and hallucinations – Edmund would sit with him and hold his hand until he was feeling better. Dad was deaf and had Parkinson’s – he helped him communicate with the iPad. He would carry him from bed to chair and has overall been a tremendous help. I will be calling Ed when we have a service for Dad.” We are so proud to have him as a part of our team – thank you for all that you have done and all that you do, Edmund!
Tracey P. :
Tracey has been a Home Health Aide for over five years and has been with Lares for the past four years! One thing she can always promise to do is put a smile on the faces of everyone that she meets. Her clients love her sense of humor, her friendly nature, and down to earth personality. Every time she walks into a room, she has the ability to put a light into any situation! Tracey always keeps in contact with our office regarding her clients’ plan of care. Her positive attitude combined with her professionalism has eased the minds of the client’s families as they trust that their loved one will be under the care of a knowledgeable and kind aide. Thank you for always bringing your wonderful personality to the care you provide, Tracey! We are lucky to have you as a part of our team!
