Our Caregiver of the Quarter Program recognizes the outstanding qualities and contributions of a caregiver working towards Lares Home Care’s goals and overall mission.

This quarter we congratulate Roy McKenzie and Rose Sarpong, who have gone above and beyond in their efforts to provide care for our clients.

Roy McKenzie:

For years, Roy has been one of our most devoted, compassionate, and reliable caregivers. He is always on time and ready to help when needed. Roy puts his time and effort into making sure his clients are well taken care of at all times. Not only has he been a significant part of the Lares family, he has also made an impact with clients’ families, as well.

Roy has always kept the clients’ families, as well as the Lares staff, well informed of any changes to the condition of the client and has always executed the plan of care to the fullest extent. He has been an incredible asset to Lares Home Care. We are happy to recognize all of his hard work and dedication every step of the way. Congratulations on a job well done and thank you!

Rose Sarpong:

Rose is an amazing caregiver who is eager to work and loves her job! She makes her Clients feel like they are family and always makes their safety her top priority. Rose communicates with our office and is always ready to help when needed. It is this type of commitment and love for her job that makes Rose worthy of this quarterly award. Her good heart, kind demeanor, and professionalism is always acknowledged by Clients who want to see her come back. Her years of caregiving reflects through her work ethic and dedication to her job every single day. Congratulations to Rose and thank you for all your help! Roy Kleinert

Owner at Lares Home Care

Roy Kleinert founded Lares Home Care in 2015, when he decided to leave Wall Street and make a shift into the home care industry. During the illness of a family member, he recognized an opportunity to help seniors better age in place with dignity and grace. Roy lives in Marlboro, NJ with his family and his three dogs. Roy is also the certified handler of Lares therapy dogs: Max and Boomer. Together, they visit local hospitals, rehab facilities, and senior living communities, bringing “four-legged-cheer” wherever they go. Lares Home Care is dedicated to providing the highest quality of client care and customer service.
