Caregiver of the Quarter Program
Our Caregiver of the Quarter Program recognizes the outstanding qualities and contributions of a caregiver working towards the goals and overall mission of Lares Home Care. This quarter we congratulate Rebecca A. and Ruby D., who have gone above and beyond in their efforts to provide care for our clients.
Lares Home Care Congratulates
Rebecca A.
Rebecca has been one of our most loyal, compassionate, and reliable caregivers since starting with our agency in 2016. Throughout the years, she has consistently showed us what it was to be a great home health aide. Always staying by her clients, being devoted to their plan of care and creating a comforting environment for them – Rebecca has never failed to do her job to the fullest extent.
Rebecca has been with her current client for almost 3 years now and continues to meet an exceptional standard of care. Rebecca also took the initiative of taking great care of the clients’ spouse until he passed away. The client’s family has always spoken very highly of her. Rebecca truly loves the clients she cares for, and treats them like she would her own family while still keeping her professionalism. Congratulations, Rebecca! We are so grateful to have you on the Lares team!
Ruby D.
Ruby has been a Home Health Aide since 2016 and has been with Lares Home Care for over three years. Her bubbly and positive personality always brings a smile to the faces of our clients and our staff. Ruby is an experienced aide who truly enjoys being a caregiver as it reflects through her hard work and dedication. She has been with her current client for over three years and continues to provide excellent care in which her client does not want any other aides being by her side. She diligently follows the plan of care, reaches out to our office with any changes, and continues to be a reliable addition to our team. Thank you for being a positive influence and showing up every single day. Congratulations, Ruby!!! You are truly an asset to our team.
