Our Caregiver of the Quarter Program recognizes the outstanding qualities and contributions of a caregiver working towards Lares Home Care’s goals and overall mission.

This quarter we congratulate Luz R., who has gone above and beyond in her efforts to provide care for our clients.

Luz R.– Hourly- Caregiver of the Quarter

Luz begins her shift every day with a bright “Good Morning” to her Client. She brings a sense of calm, compassion, and kindness to those around her. Luz allows her Clients to relax knowing that she is there to take care of them and guide them every day with their struggles and accomplishments. She is always ready to take on an extra shift when needed, even if it is at a moment’s notice, and she always communicates her availability. Luz is tactful, professional and deeply committed. The love of her job is evident in everything she does – Congratulations and Thank you!

Roy Kleinert founded Lares Home Care in 2015, when he decided to leave Wall Street and make a shift into the home care industry. During the illness of a family member, he recognized an opportunity to help seniors better age in place with dignity and grace. Roy lives in Marlboro, NJ with his family and his three dogs. Roy is also the certified handler of Lares therapy dogs: Max and Boomer. Together, they visit local hospitals, rehab facilities, and senior living communities, bringing “four-legged-cheer” wherever they go.
